At Chromatone Audio, we treat every mix and master like our own. Every service is delivered personally and so one of the first things we ask is what your time frames are to ensure we are able to meet your deadlines. If we’re confident we have the capacity required to deliver the best service possible, our average delivery times are as follows:

3 -4 days | Vocal + 2-Track mixing (1st version)

5-7 days | Full Track mixing (1st version)

2-3 days | Mastering (1st version)

We offer 2 revisions as standard and ask that you allow 1-2 days from confirmation of your revision to deliver any changes.

Giving feedback is a key part of getting your music to sound exactly how you want it, especially given how subjective and precious music is. That’s why we offer up to 2 free revisions as standard with all of our services. We don’t always get revision requests and we’re confident we can deliver straight away… But these free revisions allow for flexibility.

This allows you to take your time, sit with your track and formulate your feedback. It’s generally advised to make any of your revisions as detailed as possible to avoid the need of another revision.

If for any reason you need additional revisions, these will be charged at £10 each. We will always reach out before and strive to deliver our services fairly.

We do via our loyalty card scheme, which rewards you for continued custom.

One of the things we value the most about our clients is their loyalty. That’s why every time you complete a purchase for one of our services, you get a stamp.

6 total stamps = a free track master

Your card then resets and you’re able to build up stamps again. We keep track of your progress and can update you any time. We’ll also remind you when you have a free track master and these don’t expire.

Credit is always nice. We do ask that we’re appropriately credited but don’t worry if you’re not sure how to do this; we use an automated crediting system with Muso.ai.
